Our purpose at Dick Gourley Consulting, is simply to help leaders build enduring great organizations. We work with many types of business organizations including Small to Medium-Sized Organizations (SMBs); Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs); and Large Enterprise LOBs. Each type presents different challenges and opportunities. Though we enjoy this important work, what we truly love, is working with early stage startup organizations and their founders!

Mentoring

One of the ways we help leaders build enduring great organizations, is to mentor them.

A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor.

Mentorship is the influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person. In an organizational setting, a mentor influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee.
